2. Return Guidelines
2.1 Eligibility for Return
Products sold by Seller/Partner on Pure Organic Zone are eligible for return
under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Products – If the product arrives damaged or defective.
- Incorrect Products – If the product does not match the description or
specifications listed on Pure Organic Zone’s platform
(www.pureorganiczone.com).
2.2 Exclusions
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable Goods – Fresh organic produce, consumables, and other perishable
items.
- Used or Opened Products – Products that have been used or opened, unless defective or
damaged.
3. Return Process
3.1 Return Authorization
- Returns are authorized only if products are
defective, damaged, or mismatched with the description provided on the
platform.
- Pure Organic Zone will review return requests
and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
- Seller/Partner must handle returns as per the
RA number and follow the agreed procedures.
3.2 Return Logistics
- Pure Organic Zone handles return shipping.
- If the return is due to defect, damage, or
mismatch, the Seller/Partner will reimburse shipping
costs.
